By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
Definitions
- "Reader" or "CARBON plan" — a paid subscription granting access to all available content on the 666-999 Platform, including books and music, across web and mobile applications.
- "Author" or "DIAMOND plan" — a paid subscription granting Reader access plus the ability to publish content and earn revenue, across web and mobile applications.
1. What 666-999 Is
666-999 is a subscription Platform where Authors publish books and music — including AI-coauthored works — and Readers and Listeners discover and enjoy that content. We're a hosting and distribution Platform: Authors own their content, and we provide the tools to publish it, get paid for it, and reach an audience.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person — don't share your login or let others use your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering, including a verified email address.
3. Subscription Plans
We currently offer:
- Free — limited access to browse and sample content.
- Reader — $6.99/month, full reading and listening access to all content, including books and music, across web and mobile applications.
- Author — /month, includes publishing tools for uploading and monetizing your own books and music.
Shown prices include any applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices or introduce new plans; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects an existing subscription.
See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.
4. Content You Access
Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and listen to content on the Platform — including books and music, across web and mobile applications — for your own personal use. You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell any content, in whole or in part, unless the Author has explicitly allowed it.
5. Publishing Content as an Author
If you upload books or music to 666-999:
- You keep your rights. You retain full ownership and copyright of your work. By publishing, you grant 666-999 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, display, and distribute your content through the Platform for as long as it stays published.
- You confirm you have the rights to publish it — including any AI-coauthored content. You're responsible for making sure you hold the necessary rights to any underlying material, prompts, or source content used, and that publishing doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
- You can remove your content at any time, though content already delivered during active reading/listening sessions can't be retroactively withdrawn.
- We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or someone else's rights.
6. Author Compensation
Authors earn a share of subscription revenue based on real reader engagement — specifically, verified time spent reading your books or listening to your music. Your Author Dashboard shows exactly how this is calculated for you, including any Platform fees or hosting-related deductions that apply.
Because this system continues to evolve as we learn what's fair and sustainable for a growing catalog, the exact formula (fee structure, hosting costs, treatment of free content, etc.) is documented in your Author Dashboard rather than fixed here — this lets us refine it without requiring you to re-agree to new Terms every time. We'll always give Authors reasonable advance notice before a material change to how compensation is calculated.
Payouts are made via bank transfer once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights;
- Upload illegal, hateful, harassing content, or sexual content involving minors;
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Platform's access or payment controls;
- Use bots or automated means to inflate reading/listening time or manipulate payouts;
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' use of it.
Violating this section may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account, and forfeiture of earnings derived from fraudulent activity.
8. Copyright & DMCA
We respond to valid copyright infringement notices. See our DMCA Policy for how to file a notice or a counter-notice.
9. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Platform, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security, media storage), Hetzner (servers), and Wise (Author payouts). Your use of the Platform may also be subject to their terms where relevant.
10. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your access to paid content ends; any earned, payable Author balance is still paid out on our normal schedule, unless termination was due to fraud or a violation of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we're not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of content uploaded by Authors — Authors are solely responsible for their own content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RASHIDRADOV LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify you of material changes.
