1. Subscriptions
Reader and Author subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access until the end of your current paid period, with no partial refund for the unused portion.
3. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from the date you subscribe to cancel and get a full refund, no reason needed.
Because 666-999 gives you instant access to digital content, this right ends early once you choose to start reading or listening. At checkout, we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and understand this ends your cancellation right once you begin. If you haven't used your subscription at all, you can still request a full refund within the 14-day window by contacting us.
4. Billing Errors & Technical Issues
If you were charged in error, or a technical issue prevented you from using the Platform, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days — we'll review it, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charge, so no refund applies.
6. Chargebacks
Have a billing concern? Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster directly than through a bank dispute, and unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Effect on Author Earnings
Refunds may adjust the revenue pool used to calculate Author compensation for the relevant billing period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
